Return Policy
- FES will accept authorized returns within 60 days from original invoice date. Prior authorization must be obtained.
FES must receive returned products within 30 days of authorization. FES will pay return shipping costs for returns
due to FES error.

FES will replace products or issue credit for returns with the exception of custom orders (including but not limited to
bar-coded materials, FollettBound Platinum, and BookGuard™ paperbacks). All materials must be
returned in original condition (including shrink-wrap on premium textbooks). Books stamped or otherwise altered after
shipping are non-returnable.
Shipping Policy
FES ships all in-stock items within 2 business days. Backorders and special orders are shipped as soon as
they are available.

- Standard shipping charge for shipments within the U.S. is 9.5% of your order's merchandise total (minimum $5.00)

order totaling $10,000 or more (Continental US orders only, including Alaska and Hawaii)
